Deep Nature Project GmbH is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

We deliver Europe-wide* within 1-3 working days.
* The Canary Islands are outside our delivery area.

Switzerland:
- Standard shipping: 12,90 € per delivery
- Standard shipping from an order value of 40 €: 6,45 € per delivery
- Express shipping: 45.00 € per delivery
Great Britain / United Kingdom (UK):
The minimum order value for deliveries to Great Britain is € 160.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail.
Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Deep Nature Project GmbH reserves the right to cancel orders should products not be available. In that case, customers will be informed.
In the event of canceled orders, our refunds take 5-7 business days to process, as all payments go through a payment gateway and it takes a couple of working days for settlement.
Please note that any taxes and customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.
