Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form or via email. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order and refund you right away. However, if it is already on its way, send us a message and do not accept the package. It will be returned to us, and we can refund you for the amount within 48 business hours of receiving the returned goods.
Can I request a refund?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has reached us, it can take up to 14 business days until we make the refund. The processing of the refund by the bank may take a further five working days until the amount is finally deposited in your account.
